Baraban for beginners

The workshop teaches basic rhythm patterns for the traditional music of Sieradz region. We will work with source recordings and live music by Jakub Zimończyk. In addition the instructor will demonstrate a simple way of notation of the rhythms for further practice.
The workshop is dedicated to all, beginners and advanced drummers alike. You need to briong your own instrument though, coupled by a triangle for best results.

Workshop fees: Each entry is 10 PLN. Tickets are available at the festival information desk in the main lobby of Centrum Promocji Kultury, address: Podskarbińska 2
Signing up is required prior to workshops, except for dance
