Little Mazurkas – Colorful voices
During the Instrument Fair, in addition to many other attractions, there will be Little Mazurkas – events dedicated to children. For families, ages 5 to 105!
Here they are:
1. “What is creaking in the grass?” What voices and sounds does the little meadow folk hear? Kasia Andrzejowska with Frank and Marysia de Latour invites you to a musical warm-up.
2. “About the cockerel who knew how to act to the effect” – an interactive concert, led by Katarzyna Żytomirska, with a plot based on a fairy tale from Oskar Kolberg’s collection. Cockerel – the hero will need the help of children – Ku ku ryku!
3. ” Lola Moo’s Overseas Adventures ” – A singing concert by Kajsa Dahlström, Alexander Dybowski, Kaja and Janusz Prusinowski. About a cow from Lublin who swam through the Baltic Sea all the way to Sweden and the adventures that followed…
Together with the brave cow, we will be singing old shepherd calls and Polish rural songs, and have fun with musical games. We will hear string instruments – old and new alike.
4. By Kids, For Kids – The Podróżniacy orchestra, laureates of the Old Tradition Competition. They learns the secrets of the traditional repertoire of the Roztocze region wind instrument orchestras. The orchestra will also open the Night of Dance.
5. “Colors of rhythm, voice and colorful wonders from paper from near Radom” will be played and sung by Maria Siwiec and Jan Wochniak, masters of singing, handicrafts, drum making and drum playing.
6. “The Mystery of the Bird King” – An improvised orchestra of several types of the simplest but great instruments will sound. Invited by Witold Vargas and Bartosz Kopinski
