Rules and regulations for participation in artistic events organised by the All Mazurkas of the World Foundation.
Valid on 21.04.2025 and 23-27.04.2025.

§1

1) These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as ‘Regulations’) contain specific rules for the participation of persons (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participants’) in artistic events (hereinafter referred to as “Events”) organised by the All Mazurkas of the World Foundation (hereinafter referred to as ‘Organiser’) in Warsaw:
a) at the Centre for Promotion of Culture, ul. Podskarbińska 2
b) at Fortecy Kręgliccy, ul. Zakroczymska 12
c) at the Blessed Edward Detkens Parish, ul. Dewajtis 3,
d) at Terminal Kultury Gocław, ul. Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego 24
(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Venues of Events’).

2) The Rules and Regulations are made available to the Participants via the website www.festivalmazurki.pl and on notice boards at Event Venues.

3) An Event Participant is understood to be any person taking part in an Event.

4) Participants of the Events are obliged to observe the rules of order in force during the Festival, in particular those related to logistics and safety during the Events, to follow the guidelines of the Organiser and the regulations in force in the venues of the Events.

5) The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the Participant(s) of an Event entry or the continuation of their participation if the Organiser deems it necessary, and in particular in the event of a breach of the Rules and Regulations, inappropriate and/or inappropriate behaviour during the Event, a breach of the rules of savoir-vivre and/or someone’s corporality without consent, or the creation of a danger to other Participants.

6) Should it become necessary to cancel the Event(s), the Organiser will not be obliged to pay any compensation, financial compensation over and above the refund of the value of the admission ticket held by the Participant.

§2

1) Events are intended for adults.

2) The participation of a minor in Events is possible only with the supervision of an adult member of the minor’s family or a person known personally to the minor’s parent or legal representative, when the admission to an activity related to the participation in Events is performed in relation to a minor child whose parent or legal representative is the admitting party. The family member referred to above shall be understood as a related person or an unrelated person who is in a de facto relationship and cohabiting and living together (in accordance with the Act of 13 May 2016 on Prevention of Sexual Offences and Protection of Minors Chapter 3, Article 21, paragraph 10).

3) If a minor’s guardian during the Event is a person other than the parent or legal guardian, an Authorisation Form signed by the parent or legal guardian is required, with a declaration of consent to care for and assume responsibility for the safety and any damage or harm caused by the minor, according to the template developed by the Organiser and available at www.festivalmazurki.pl.

4) The Organiser in no way assumes any duty of care for underage Participants.

5) Participants in the Events, in particular minors whose parent or legal representative is an admittance to the activity, may only stay in the area designated for that purpose by the Organiser. It is forbidden for Event Participants, in particular minors whose parent or legal representative is an admitter, to enter the area not designated for Event Participants.

6) Both the minor and the accompanying adult guardian of the minor are obliged to hold valid admission tickets or passes to the Event.

§3

1) The following are entitled to participate in the paid Event:
a) persons with an entrance ticket purchased through the portal https://www.bilety24.pl or at the stationary box office at the Event Venue,
b) accredited guests,
c) accredited media representatives,
d) persons assisting persons with disabilities,
e) persons with free entrance tickets as stipulated in par. 4 of these Regulations.
2) Persons entitled to participate in the Event with free entry are those holding a pass available for download at the Venue prior to the Event.

3) In order to participate in an Event, it is necessary to collect a wristband authorising entry to the Event and present it at the entrance to the hall where the Event is taking place.

4) By collecting a wristband authorising entry to the Event, one accepts these Rules and Regulations and the Rules of Savoir Vivre.

5) The Organiser shall not exchange a ticket purchased for an Event for a ticket to another Event.

6) It is permitted to exchange, resell, surrender tickets between Participants, but the Organiser will not act as an intermediary in such transactions, nor will the Organiser be responsible for any abuse by third parties.

7) The exchange, resale or transfer of a ticket to another Participant is only possible before the QR code is scanned by the Organiser.

8) After the Organiser has scanned the QR code from the ticket, no refund is possible.

§4

1) Admission to the Old Tradition Concert on 23.04.2025 is free. Room limit: 180.

2) For the Concert 30 Years of the House of Dance in Poland. Benefis on 24.04.2025 there is free admission. Room limit: 373.

3) For on 25.04.2025, Festival Clubs on 23 and 25.04.2025 and Dance Night on 23.04.2025:
a) The Organiser provides a pool of 20 free tickets each for persons aged 70 and over to be collected at the Festival Office before the respective Event,
b) Free admission is available for children under 7 years of age on the basis of a free ticket,
c) Concessionary tickets are available for students aged 7-26 and persons aged 60 and over.

4) There is free entry to the Instrument Fair and the Small Mazurka on 26.04.2025.

§5

1) The Organiser provides Participants with designated spaces in the Event Venues. In the case of remaining in spaces not designated for Participants without the consent of the Organiser / persons in charge of the venues, the Participant may be subject to the measures referred to in §1.5).

§6

1) Participation in Events is tantamount to expressing consent, free of charge and unlimited in terms of quantity, time and territory, to the free use, processing, reproduction and repeated dissemination of the Participant’s image recorded in photographs taken during Events, without the need for their approval each time, for information and promotional purposes of the Event. The above consent is tantamount to the fact that the photographs and recordings taken during the Events may be posted on the Internet, including primarily on the Organiser’s website and social networks.

2) Each Participant agrees to the dissemination, for promotional purposes, of his/her image on photographs and audio-visual materials produced during the Event in which he/she voluntarily participated pursuant to Article 81 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2006 No. 90 item 631, as amended).

§7

1) In the case of disputes not regulated by these Regulations, the decisions are made by the Organiser.

2) The Organiser reserves the right to change the Rules and Regulations and at the same time undertakes to immediately inform the Participants thereof.

3) Destruction of property located at the Event Venue shall be punishable under the general principles of the Civil Code.
